When I contacted them to inform them that not only has it failed but it had further financial loss to me, as I had to pay to repeat the module, they were not concerned in the slightest! Anyway, they asked to send through a PDF of the university comments etc to account for why it failed, so I did that.
On top of that, they offer not resolutions or compensation for selling me something that did not meet the expectation.
Also, more importantly, it seems like a tightly run family business as well, because when I asked to escalate the matter to someone senior, the woman OLIVIA, was offended, saying she was senior and there was basically no one else I can talk to about it.
I have looked through the order that you have mentioned here and can see that you had asked for a refund on this order also.
However, after an independent review and assessment of the order, there were no valid grounds for a refund because only a 1750 word essay was ordered for what turned out to be a 2500 word assignment.
