If you are a California resident, regardless of location, applying to an impacted major, you must also meet any supplementary criteria for that major.
Merit scholarships are awarded automatically to first time Freshmen providing you meet any two of three minimum academic requirements, i.e., ACT composite/SAT mathematics & critical reading scores, weighted GPA and/or Class Rank, based on a completed application for full-time admission to the university. Scholarships are gift aid and do not have to be paid back, and all scholarships require full time enrollment unless otherwise noted.
They are renewable for up to three years providing the student maintains the required minimum cumulative grade point average.
New students also may be eligible for the other scholarships below: Requirements: Colorado residents who complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1 each year, receive a Pell Grant, and are full-time (at least 12 credits); 3.0 GPA required to receive and renew.
